Our exterior barn doors are made from 1/8” aluminum tubing, including an extruded aluminum T&G insert. Each component is primed and powder-coated for added protection, seams are welded and sanded smooth, and the panels are assembled with stainless steel fasteners, ensuring durability against the elements.

Can I Get Custom Colors for Powder Coating?

Yes, we can match almost any color you request. We offer a wide range of standard colors. But if you have a custom color in mind, we can accommodate that for an additional fee. This option is best suited for larger orders due to the associated costs.

Can You Create a Custom Design for My Doors?

We specialize in building custom doors. While our standard aluminum profiles have some limitations, we are more than happy to work with you to explore custom designs. If you can envision it, we’ll do our best to bring it to life.
