Thank you for shopping with J&E Grill Manufacturing. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product we produce. Because many of our items are custom fabricated, we have a return policy designed to balance customer satisfaction with responsible manufacturing practices.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at sales@jegrill.com to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (including hardware with specific finishes, dimensions, or custom mounting) are non-returnable unless damaged in transit or defective.
  • Modified or installed products cannot be returned.
  • We offer limited exchanges at this time based on product type and condition. Custom orders are not eligible.

Restocking Fee

All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the labor, materials, and handling associated with each made-to-order product.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to process a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Inspection Requirement: All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Freight Returns: Large items shipped via freight may require different return handling procedures. Please contact us before attempting to return any freight items.
  • Lead Time Note: Made-to-order lead times are subject to seasonal demand and are not a valid reason for return or cancellation unless otherwise specified.
